Manager of Assens Madservice Line Hansen says: “The bio grinder works really well and we no longer have to do any heavy lifting and bucket handling. The bio-grinder is very labor-friendly and easy to work with.”
Previously, they used ‘pig buckets’ for their food waste, which meant a lot of work taking full buckets out and bringing in new ones. “The buckets were in the kitchen and it smelled terrible,” says Line Hansen and continues:
