It is important to clean the grinder properly, both daily and weekly.
Do not press start.
Check if the pump is pumping out.
Use the T-key and turn it 360° in both directions.Move it gently but firmly to try to loosen any obstruction or object.
There is most likely a blockage or plug.Fill the funnel with hot water and leave it overnight. Then contact the service team.
Check the water.
Check the black float box at the top left inside the grinder.Shake or tap it lightly – limescale may be stuck.
Stop using the BioMaster and contact the service team immediately.
Check if emergency stop is activated.
Deactivate it.
Check the fuse group.If the problem persists – contact the service team.
