At BRUS – the Copenhagen brewery and bar from To Øl – the need was clear: a flexible and reliable solution that could minimize the number of transports in the middle of the city. The previous setup of storing used malt for days was both impractical and space-consuming in a busy business with a shop and serving area.

With the BTN system, it is now possible to press up to 500 kg of biomass into the grinder – daily. The waste volume is significantly reduced and the system only requires emptying once a month. This frees up space, creates better workflows and minimizes the need for driving through the city.
Fast service and high operational stability
Even though minor technical challenges with the grinder may occur from time to time, BRUS finds that BTN responds quickly and efficiently. The close service and maintenance ensures that production can always continue without prolonged interruptions.
