The grinder has several programs, including a standard program
and a special program for dry food, and can be configured to handle different types of food waste throughout the day – for example, cut waste during the day and buffet or plate leftovers in the evening.
The Highline can also be adapted to more complex waste types such as seafood and brewery waste. The range is optimized for low water consumption – up to 50% lower than previous models – and is equipped with an automatic rinse program that cleans the blade and hopper in just 60 seconds.
