The complete solution includes both service and automatic emptying. You get annual inspection of the entire system, hotline access and scheduled emptying without lifting a finger. A total solution with maximum peace of mind and minimal downtime.
With a service agreement, you get ongoing maintenance of both the biotank and grease trap. Our technicians will inspect the system once a year and ensure that everything is working properly.
Emptying is done by you or a third party – but the system remains stable, hygienic and ready for daily operation.
Choose automatic emptying if you do the maintenance yourself. The system will notify us when the bio tank is approaching full capacity – and if you have a grease trap connected, it will be emptied at the same time.

A well-functioning system requires regular maintenance. With the service agreement, you receive an annual service visit from our certified technicians, who thoroughly inspect the entire system – from the grinder to the biotank.

If an issue occurs, you have access to our hotline during office hours – and emergency assistance outside regular hours if required.
The agreement also gives you access to preferential rates on call-outs and repairs, providing both technical reliability and financial peace of mind.
Emptying your biotank happens completely automatically. Our system detects when the tank is 80% full and notifies us directly.
We then schedule emptying within three working days – with no action required from you. If you also have a connected grease separator, it can be emptied at the same time.
