BioMaster Highline is our luxury model with a lot of extra features to adapt to the organic waste in any commercial kitchen. The BioMaster Highline has multiple programs and can be customized to process different types of waste throughout the day, such as cut waste during the day and buffet and plate scraps in the evening. It can also be set to grind complex materials such as brewery waste and seafood. The Highline 4.0 uses 50 percent less water than previous series and features a rinse program that cleans the blade and hopper in 60 seconds, so you always have a clean grinder. BioMaster Highline is the disposer for the busy kitchen that wants to dispose of all kinds of food waste in a green and hygienic way.
